I started going to the Yoga Wellness Connection a few weeks ago and have loved making it a part of my regular routine. I've tried a few different classes but their Vinyasa has been my favorite so far. The instructors are really friendly and helpful and accommodating, and it's just a very pleasant atmosphere to be in. Everyone are friends. I always look forward to coming back and highly recommend it to anyone else in the area.

I tried their Latin Dancing Lesson night for the first time and it was a fabulous experience. The studio was fresh and inviting and the instructors upbeat and talented. Idaho Falls is lucky to have such a lovely facility; the rooms provide a calming, beautiful atmosphere, a variety of classes are offered for every ability and the instructors are friendly and encouraging.

They also have large group events with a variety of techniques and ideas. Go in and check it out. I promise that you will find something that suits your body and mind.

I love the body reset class on Tuesdays. It relaxes me physically and mentally. I have experienced chronic pain for years and it has been a high priority for me to exercise regularly. Body reset has been a game changer for me. I’m amazed that tiny kind movements can make such a huge transformation in physical wellbeing.

I love every class I try, and the instructors are awesome! You can pay for a one class drop-in or multi-class pass if you don't have a membership. They have all the necessary equipment if you don't have a mat or forgot it at home. The app makes it super easy to sign up for classes and pay for memberships or class passes.

I had to come over from Pinedale, Wyoming with my husband since he had to have eye surgery. To pass my time I googled yoga in Idaho Falls and came across the website. I loved that they offered different types of times. I went to the noon warm class which I just loved. Nicole's knowledge of the body and to carefully get you into the pose. The studio is one of the cleanest, comfortable and lovely setup. I will definitely go back. Idaho falls is so very lucky to have her.

I've been to a few gyms in town, as well as taking some classes at other studios. I must say I found my home. This place is amazing. I have a very hard time relaxing, I struggle with weight issues and am constantly stressed. I've been coming here for almost a month, I take at least 2 classes a week and I already see so much improvement with my day to day. I feel more grounded, in touch with how I'm feeling. I am learning it's alright to do what's right for me. Nicole has truly built an inviting space with no pressure, no judgment, it's a place for everyone from beginner to advanced. I absolutely appreciate all of the teachers, I just can't say enough.
