Katelyn Sammons
My name is Katelyn and I got my 200 hour RYT in 2021 here in Idaho Falls. I have a passion for inspiring others to seek out a life that is both peaceful and challenging. Nothing makes me happier than smiling students after class. Yoga to me is learning to take the calm of child’s pose, the strength of chaturanga, the balance of warrior 3, and applying them to all aspects of our lives. When I’m not teaching yoga you can find me hiking, paddle boarding, reading, cooking, and spending time with my loved ones.

Lisa Lewis
Lisa discovered yoga in 2016 via BODi. Stepping through fears, she joined a local studio. It didn’t take long before she began to realize the multiple benefits of a regular practice! Recognizing that the yoga helped to keep her grounded and enabled her to live more fully in the present moment, she just felt better. Happier! More accepting of her authentic self. She also found that it was helping to manage chronic pain and migraines from past neck injuries. She deepened her practice with a 300 hour YT in Idaho Falls in 2017 and began teaching that year. Always a student, she continued to dive deep- completing another 100 hour immersion in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 2019. And another 100 hour YT in Wilson, Wyoming in 2023. Her classes incorporate a focus on breath, alignment, spirituality and presence. She believes the transformative power of yoga helps us navigate the world beyond the mat with more fluidity, awareness and clarity. It is her passion to share this with you. In addition to teaching yoga, Lisa is a body worker and maintains an active massage practice.

Katy teaches our Wednesday night slow flow and our good morning flows on Tuesday and Thursdays mornings.

Katelyn Sammons - Front Desk/ Social Media
My name is Katelyn and I am 20 years old. Being a young adult, I have felt a lot of pressure to figure everything out and begin a career. I have struggled a lot in the last few years, feeling as if I was getting left behind. In January of 2022, a 200 hour yoga teacher training presented itself to me, and I followed my intuition down this path. For the first time in my life I felt like I had found my calling. Being able to share this practice and my journey with others has brought me unimaginable joy. Yoga has shown me that absolute peace and bliss IS achievable even in a world as chaotic as ours.
