HIGH LOW

WARM STRETCH
Warm Stretch is a deep stretching format. Warm stretch relieves post-workout muscle aches, can improve posture, decreases injury risk, promotes circulation and helps to manage stress. This class is the perfect compliment to any workout and includes dynamic stretching and longer holds.
